Jordans Quaker Burial Ground is shared by 3 Area Meetings: Chilterns, London West and North West London. Members and Attenders of the constituent Quaker Meetings may be buried or have their ashes interred or scattered there. Members of the listed meetings can make use of the burial ground free of charge. There is a small charge for Attenders and others, which goes towards the upkeep.
Occasionally permission is granted for others to use the burial ground; the ashes of residents of Jordans Village may be scattered there if permission is given.
The adjacent Jordans Quaker Meeting House may be used for a memorial meeting either at the time of the burial, interment or scattering, or at a later date. The Penn Room in the Meeting House is available for refreshments, and professional catering can be supplied if required. There is a nominal charge for the hire of the room and catering.
Forms for arranging a funeral and headstone can be downloaded below. A booklet about practical preparation for death will be available for download soon.
